Registration Process
This year, SIMUN looks to expand registration to as many delegates as possible in the Chicagoland area and beyond. All necessary information for registration and additional resources are available on this page, or otherwise available in other tabs of the website. For any questions regarding registration, feel free to contact our secretariat via simun.ignatius@gmail.com (this email is to be directly contacted for all registration matters).
Registration for SIMUN XXIII will be done via the google form linked below. The form asks those registering to specify delegation size, committee preferences, and include contact information.

Invoices for delegation registration will be emailed to registered advisors in addition to committee position assignments . If at any point there is a request for additional positions after initial registration, render the initial invoice void until receiving an updated copy. All assignments and invoices will be done via google sheets, as an easily accessible and updatable form. For registration fees, cash or check will be accepted at the check in desk prior to opening ceremony on the day of the conference. Checks must be made out to “Saint Ignatius College Prep”.
SIMUN will not be offering personalized committee positions or be taking requests for specific positions within a certain committee, with the exception of country requests. However, delegations must specify the amount of total GA, Crisis, and Hybrid positions they wish to receive. Delegations can also request specific committees, but the Secretariat cannot guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled.
Registration for SIMUN XXIII begins on August 1st and will remain open until the conference reaches capacity (1100 delegates). If a delegation registers after the conference has reached capacity, then they will be added to the waitlist. The deadline for adding/subtracting/otherwise editing registration is October 25th. After that point, anyone on the waitlist will hear back regarding their delegation’s ability to attend the conference.
